OIL PALM MILL
REPLANTING
An oil palm estate lives for 25 years or more, and every stage of that life carries decisions that shape the next one. Where to plant. Which seedlings to keep. Which palms are falling behind. When to harvest, how fast to haul, how to run the mill, and when to start again. AIX brings AI to each of these stages, turning images, field records and ERP data into clear actions for the people on the ground. Choose a stage to see how it works.
AI that reads the field the way your best agronomist would, at scale. Seedlings graded in the nursery, palms counted block by block, black bunches and ripeness recorded, and FFB graded at the ramp. Images come from drones, phones, CCTV and ground vehicles, and the models are trained on your own estate. Nothing is estimated from a sample when the whole field can be counted.
Estate data lives in systems that never agree. AIX joins Vision AI output with ERP records, weighbridge tickets, weather and field data into one source of truth, matched by block, date and palm. Every value keeps its origin, time and location, and every stage is checked before the next one uses it. One record that the field, the mill and the boardroom all trust.
Bunch counts become yield predictions. Ripeness signals become harvesting plans. Field conditions become early warnings, weeks before they reach a report. Each forecast is tested against the past before it plans the future, and every number carries its range, so management knows what to expect and how far to trust it. Not a record of what happened, but a view of what comes next.
A forecast matters only when it changes the work. AIX turns each forecast into a budget that moves with the crop, then into harvest rounds, labour plans and fertiliser applications. AI proposes, a named manager decides, and the reason is logged. The next morning, execution is compared with the plan, and what happened in the field trains the next forecast.
One platform, running on your own servers. Your images never leave the estate, your models belong to you, and there is no subscription meter running. Every figure traces back to its source, from the raw photo to the boardroom report, with a full audit trail and access by role. No black boxes: the data, the models and the decisions stay yours.
